How do I get it?

Windows Office 365 ProPlus Installation Guide

  1. Before you start, uninstall previous versions of Office
  2. Sign in to your Office 365 account
    Students: https://outlook.com/my.fsu.edu
    Employees: https://outlook.com/fsu.edu
  3. Once signed in, choose the App launcher icon from the top-left corner of the page
  4. In the Apps menu, choose Office 365
  5. On the next page, go to the Install Office dropdown and select Office 365 Apps
  6. When prompted, choose Run, Save File, or Setup
    NOTE: If you are unsure which version of Office you should install (32-bit or 64-bit), read this article: Which version is best for me?
  7. A video will display to explain the new features of Office 365 ProPlus. While the video plays, the installation will continue in the background. Do not go offline or restart your computer until the installation is complete.
  8. After you have completed the install process, open an Office application, such as Word, and you will be presented with a What's New window.
  9. Select Get Started or Activate Office and then select Sign In
  10. Enter your FSU email address and click Next
  11. If you are prompted to choose between Work or school account or Personal account, choose Work or school account
    1. Enter your FSUID password and click Sign In
    2. You may see the following prompt: Microsoft Office Setup Assistant would like to access your contacts. Click OK
    3. Select your preferred setting for updates and click Continue

Mobile Office Installation Guide

Office 365 ProPlus is not available for mobile devices as a single application. You must download the individual Word, Excel, PowerPoint or OneNote apps.

  1. Open your device's app store
  2. Search for and install the Office app(s) you want to use
  3. Open the app and tap Sign in
  4. Enter your FSUID in the following format:
    Students: FSUID@my.fsu.edu
    Employees: FSUID@fsu.edu
  5. Hit enter
  6. You will be redirected to the FSU Office 365 login page
  7. Enter your password and tap Sign in

Microsoft offer free Microsoft Office to all actively enrolled USC students and it is now available to download. Follow these instructions below on how to download and install.

Student Email

Every USC student is provided a University email account provided by the Microsoft Office 365 for Education system.

You can access your email and calendar using Microsoft's Outlook Web Application (Email), via the Login link in the website's footer below (on desktop computers, move your cursor below the bottom of the screen) or via Microsoft Outlook.

You can login to your account by using your full USC email address (eg username@student.usc.edu.au) and your current password. First bookmakers in uk.

How to access your free Microsoft Office programs

1. Log in to your student email account. Click the Login button in the bottom left corner of the footer menu from any page of the USC website and select 'Email' under Student services.

2. Enter your full email address (eg username@student.usc.edu.au) and your USC account password (same password as USC Central and Portal)

3. Click the Office 365 link in the top left corner

4. Untick both 'Make Bing your search Engine' and 'Make MSN your browser homepage' unless you would like them as your defaults.

Click Install Now and follow the step-by-step installation guide. Make sure you use your full student email address when activating your account.
